Cancellation Policy

General These Terms apply to all training programs, private lessons, and multi-day or day packages. 2. Registration & Payment Payment in full is required before starting training. Packages (7, 15, 30-day) and day passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Day packages are strictly non-refundable once purchased. 3. Attendance Sessions may be booked all at once or individually. Cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Safety Participation is at your own risk. Participants must disclose medical conditions before training. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 5. Conduct Respectful behavior toward trainers and other participants is required. Unsafe or disruptive actions may result in suspension without refund. 6. Liability The Stadium is not liable for injuries or property loss unless due to proven negligence.
