All purchases and bookings are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or changes are subject to these specific terms.

 

2.2 Fight Night Tickets

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except when an event is cancelled by Loi Kroh Boxing Stadium.

In case of cancellation, customers may request a refund or event credit.

Tickets are valid only for the specified event and date.

 

2.3 Training Packages

All 7-day, 15-day, 30-day, and day packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Refunds may be approved only prior to the first session or in exceptional cases (e.g., verified medical reasons).

Missed sessions are not eligible for rescheduling or refund unless approved by management.

 

2.4 Shop Purchases

Merchandise sales are final.

Refunds or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or incorrect upon pickup or delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of receipt.

 

2.5 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

3.1 Coverage

International shipping is not available at this time.

Domestic shipping is available throughout Thailand.

 

3.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery costs depend on product weight, size, and courier choice (Flash Express, Thailand Post, etc.).

Packaging, shipping, and logistics fees are the customer’s responsibility and charged in addition to the product price.

 

3.3 Pickup & Local Delivery

Paid products may be collected at the Muay Thai Shop (Loi Kroh Boxing Stadium).

Customers within Chiang Mai District receive free local delivery to their provided address.

 

3.4 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time varies depending on courier and destination.

 

3.5 Responsibility & Liability

Responsibility for goods transfers to the customer once handed to the courier or collected in person.

Loi Kroh Boxing Stadium is not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage once products are dispatched.

 

4. Health & Safety Policy

 

4.1 Purpose

Participation in Muay Thai training, sparring, or events involves inherent physical risk.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

All training equipment is routinely inspected and maintained.

Safety briefings and proper protective gear (e.g., gloves, hand wraps, mouthguards) are required.

Instructors are qualified professionals trained in first aid and safe coaching practice.

 

4.4 Emergencies

First-aid equipment is available on-site during all training and event sessions.

In case of emergency, staff will contact your listed emergency contact and, if required, summon medical assistance.

 

4.5 Liability

Loi Kroh Boxing Stadium is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property unless caused by proven negligence.

All participants are strongly encouraged to maintain health or travel insurance that includes sports coverage.

 

5. Child & Minor Policy

 

5.1 Definition

For this policy, “minor” refers to any individual under 18 years of age.

 

5.2 Eligibility

Minors may participate in training or events only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

A guardian must accompany the minor during registration.

 

5.3 Supervision

Minors under 16 years old must have a guardian present on-site during training sessions.

Trainers will provide age-appropriate instruction and ensure a safe environment.

 

5.4 Responsibility & Conduct

The Stadium is not responsible for minors left unattended.

Guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior and compliance with gym safety rules.

 

5.5 Photography & Media

Photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

Guardians may submit a written request to exclude their child from media coverage.

8. Muay Thai Shop Policy

 

8.1 Overview

The Muay Thai Shop Chiang Mai, operated by Loi Kroh Boxing Stadium Chiang Mai, offers a curated range of authentic Muay Thai equipment, apparel, and accessories for athletes, visitors, and enthusiasts.

 All transactions made through Muay Thai Shop Chiang Mai are governed by this Policy and the general Terms & Conditions of Loi Kroh Boxing Stadium Chiang Mai.

8.3 Product Authenticity

All merchandise sold by Muay Thai Shop Chiang Mai is authentic, new, and sourced from verified Muay Thai equipment manufacturers.

Product details, including images, materials, and sizes, are displayed as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to manufacturer specifications or screen display differences.

 

8.4 Purchases & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase, either in-store or online through our official channels.

Accepted payment methods include: cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer, and Thai QR PromptPay.

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable.

A digital or printed receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.

 

8.5 Pickup & Delivery

Once payment is completed, products may be collected in person at Muay Thai Shop Chiang Mai.

Customers located within the Chiang Mai District are eligible for free local delivery to their provided address.

For customers outside Chiang Mai, domestic delivery within Thailand is available via reputable logistics partners (e.g., Flash Express, Thailand Post).

Overseas shipping is currently unavailable.

 

8.6 Product Handling & Responsibility

Ownership and responsibility for purchased goods transfer to the customer once collected or handed over to the courier.

Muay Thai Shop Chiang Mai is not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage during shipment.

Customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon receipt.

 

8.7 Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or incorrect upon collection or delivery.

Defects or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom orders (e.g., personalized shorts, gloves, or uniforms) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

8.8 Liability & Product Use

Loi Kroh Boxing Stadium Chiang Mai and Muay Thai Shop Chiang Mai are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of equipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely, as intended, and with proper protective gear.
